We have so many special experiences and guests lined up to make Saturday morning a celebration you won't want to miss. Free Yoga Under The Mango kicks everything off at 8:30 am. Following is the market and flower u-pick until Noon, workshops offered at 10 & 11 am!

The Soflo Kitchen Garden season is coming to a close and we are going out in style!
🥭Come @ 8:30 to start the morning right with free Yoga Under The Mango
🥬Shop our last organic Farmer's Market until October: Kale, bananas, eggplants, and collards are still thriving! We also have local vendors coming to bring you all-natural goods.
🌸UPick Flowers runs in tandem with the market, so you'll go home with an overflowing basket!
💓At 10am, will present a beautiful workshop, The Heart of the Helper: Health & Renewal for Caregivers
🌱At 11am, our growers will share their seed-saving tips so you can save money by turning this year's crops into next year's plants!

While summer does quiet down for us, keep an eye on this space as we are planning some pop-up workshops and events that you don't want to miss!

Join us on our market day SATURDAY, MAY 16th at 10am-11am for a supportive workshop “THE HEART OF THE HELPER: WELLNESS AND RENEWAL WORKSHOP FOR CAREGIVERS” created to encourage, uplift, and empower caregivers through connection, practical guidance, and compassionate conversation. will share tools you need for managing it all.

Amanda combines nutrition science, food psychology, and energy medicine to offer a true transformative experience. Flowers have always meant 'I love you', so bring the lady who means the most to our organic flower farm this Mother's Day Weekend 💖 🌸 We have two back-to-back events to show mom appreciation and surround her with all the beauty spring has to offer!

🌸Mother's Day Gift Market- Friday, May 8th- 4pm-7pm. You can shop from our dedicated farmers, community, and makers for mom. We have so many wonderful vendors bringing you non-toxic, handmade, thoughtful items at all price points!

🌸U-Pick Flowers Mother's Day Celebration- May 9th- 9am-Noon

Organic Flower U-pick is $20/cup to fill w/blooms!
There will be $5 typewriter poems, Live Violin from 9-10am and special surprises for mom planned throughout the morning!

At 10am, Friend of The Field, Michele of , will lead a floral essence workshop right in the garden. This is a donation-based class and open to all!

Our monthly market lands this Saturday, January 17th, with a host of activities to delight the senses!
Start with a magical, beginner- friendly morning Flow with April for Yoga Under The Mango Tree at 8:30 ☀️
Our winter produce and flowers, grown right here at the farm, are ready for you to taste, smell, and take home to your own kitchens. We will also have visiting vendors! Market 9am-Noon 🥕
A Sensory Tasting tour of the farm will start at 10am, a unique experience and opportunity to immerse yourself in our regenerative ecosystem ☘️

We’re looking for our next Regenerative Farm Manager for The Fruitful Field.

This is a hands-on leadership position in regenerative farming, education, and community impact.

Paid training starts February/March through April, full-time role starting in August to commence the 2026-2027 growing season.
