Our California Faculty Association chapter is dedicated to getting better pay, workload, and benefits for faculty, and a great education for students!

The California Faculty Association represents the over 20,000 librarians, counselors, coaches, and faculty of the California State University. The CFA chapter at Cal Poly Pomona advocates for its members in all kinds of situations, brings information from Statewide CFA meetings, publishes a newsletter, works together with student and staff organizations, and holds various organizational events.
