We’re proud to invest in the next generation of social workers by hosting a Master of Social Work (MSW) intern each year at Every ONE Free 💙
Under the leadership of our Executive Director, an MSW and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), our interns gain hands-on experience supporting survivors of trafficking while learning what survivor-centered, trauma-informed care looks like in practice. Their passion, dedication, and willingness to learn make a meaningful impact on our team and the women we serve.
This year, we had the privilege of working with Stephanie, a strong MSW candidate who also holds her MBA and brought valuable expertise in business and marketing to our team. Her impact at Every ONE Free has been nothing short of transformational. Stephanie led our organization through a full website overhaul, creating a stronger and more accessible digital presence that better reflects the heart of our mission. She also helped spearhead a fundraising event that raised over $70,000!!
But beyond strategy and systems, what set Stephanie apart was her deep commitment to centering the voices and stories of our clients. She understood that the women we serve are the true experts of their own experiences, and she worked with care and intention to elevate those stories in ways that honor their strength and dignity.
The lasting impact Stephanie has made on our team, our organization, and the women whose stories are now more visible is a true testament to her passion, skill, and heart. We are so grateful she chose to spend this year with us! We loved taking time at Stephanie’s send-off brunch to celebrate all the learning, growth, and meaningful work we shared this year 🎓✨
