Thanks to the determination of our rank-and-file and the record investments in new member organizing by the O’Brien-Zuckerman administration, the Teamsters Union has organized 100,000 new members since taking office in 2022.

Congratulations to the 20,000 CX Teamsters on reaching a tentative agreement after months of bargaining.

The proposed five-year agreement includes historic wage increases, lump-sum payments, an additional paid personal day, and protections against rising health care and parking costs.

Strong contracts are made possible by strong members standing together.

After ten months of intense negotiation with the UC, CX Unit have won our strongest-ever Tentative Agreement! Our new agreement delivers powerful wins for CX members, including a 37% compounded raise over five years, ratification and longevity lump sums, an additional paid personal day per year, and more. This agreement locks in historic wage increases for Teamster workers while also protecting members from spiking healthcare premiums and parking costs. 💪💪
