Settle Woods HOA (Homeowners Association) Welcome to the Settle Woods Homeowners Association website. We have been serving the Settle Woods community for over a decade.

Membership into any homeowners association by a residential buyer is a condition of purchase into the community where that HOA exists; a buyer isn’t given an option to reject it. They must pay assessments and all people living in the purchased homes must abide by the association’s governing documents. Board members volunteer their time to this community, act ethically and in accordance with their

responsibilities and pay the full amount of dues. You can become involved with the HOA in order to have a voice in the decisions being made by attending the annual meetings or by attending the events where you can talk with your board and community members face-to-face.

HOA board members are going door to door collecting signatures of homeowners in an effort to reinstate Richard Settle’s property back into the HOA, the property was mistakenly placed in the wrong subdivision and requires a majority of homeowners signatures to add it into the Settle Woods HOA.

The thieves are still being caught on cameras as of last night at 1 am. I also saw an officer come down fern hill this am so I’m only assuming he was responding to another neighbor who might’ve experienced a car break-in but I don’t know for sure. Please post updates if you have them. The Eutaw Forest community is so active on facebook and all of the homeowners are sharing info much more proactively and frequently. It is helpful if all of you post what you know so that others may be more aware of what’s happening. Thanks!
