Tackle The Trail is this Saturday! They have put up tape and signs on the course that runs through Goodwin State Forest and Pomfret Forest. Please do not remove, these will be taken down after the run. Be mindful and yield to runners on the course. 🙏🏻

Tackle The Trail is seeking volunteers on bikes (and not on bikes) for their race on Saturday, October 17th! Mountain bikers will be monitoring a loop in Goodwin State Forest or Pomfret Forest. The Hale YMCA's Road to Wellness is a fundraising event to help fund wellness programs, like LIVESTRONG, which has helped hundreds of local cancer survivors on their road to wellness.

Change of plans! Due to the impending rain on Sunday, the fun ride has been changed to this SATURDAY 9/12. Two arrowed loops will be available for self-guided rides (7-8 miles and 14-15 miles). Pomfret Forest is riding great and we've done a lot of clean up in the past few weeks, we'd love for you to join us!
