📢 2nd Annual Athletic Booster Golf Scramble - July 12‼️

The profits from this event benefit all student-athletes of Meigs High School. We need volunteers to help make this a success. We understand that life is hectic, but you can help by doing one or more of the following:

🔴Get hole sponsors!!
🔴Put a team in the scramble
🔴Go to Sam's
🔴Make hotdog sauce
🔴Set up the day before the event
🔴Haul things to the golf course
🔴Put out sponsor signs the morning of the scramble
🔴Register golfer
🔴Sell raffle tickets
🔴Cook / Grill
🔴Serve food
🔴Take down and haul stuff after the scramble
🔴Did we mention GET HOLE SPONSERS... 🤔
🔴... and lots more!!

📢 Tomorrow, May 7th, we will be hosting a high school track meet. The Volleyball team has collected volunteers to cover the concession stand; however, if anyone is available to come lend a hand, it would be greatly appreciated!

🔴 Reminder: Concession stand profits are the athletic boosters main source of income. Without this money, our student athletes of Meigs High School would not be able to play for FREE. Please help us keep this going by donating a little bit of your time!

Everyone's schedules have been crazy this spring, so we haven't been able to hold a booster meeting yet. We are planning to have one on Monday, April 28th, at 6 p.m. If this conflicts with schedules, we apologize, but we are supposed to have monthly meetings per our Bylaws. Hope some of you can make it. We are looking for new officers to take over soon and would love for anyone available to come out!
