Little Moments of Love Relay Team Raising money for the American Cancer Society Relay for Life, open to new members Cancer has touched each of our lives in a variety of ways.

We have lost people that we loved dearly to this dreaded disease, we have seen them suffer, we have tried so hard to be strong throughout, and now we are fighting back. We never want anyone to have to hear that they have cancer or that someone they love has cancer, we don't want them to have to feel the pain and the fear. So we walk, we walk to raise money to fight back against this beast and we will prevail! Join us, support us, walk with us arm in arm. We will win this war!!!

Relay can be a good bit of fun. It is a good cause. But it is quite a bit of work. Especially when there is only two members on a team. I would love to participate next year, but unless I can find people interested in helping and being there, I am afraid it will not happen. Please, if you are even curious leave a message. Searching for kind souls to help.

Alright, well, on a personal level, I have been having a hard time getting this idea going. Depression likes to steal energy and motivation. My daughter though has been pulling people together so for her I am going to try to push through. So, a week to get ready. We can do this.

Idea for fun lap....A kindness/compliment lap. Since we have candyland I was thinking about taking the cards used in playing candy land and putting a compliment or act of kindness on one side and have 'tell someone' or some such on the other side.....like write 'tell someone' on one side and when you flip it over 'you are awesome' on the other side

Ok, severe contemplation of getting this team going again. But this time i want to make a change. I want us to make relay great again. I want us to take in the fun and bring in the people. I want this team to make some great loving moments along the way that make people want to be there. Can we do it?!
