Our friends West Des Moines Wombats Rugby Club are hosting their youth rugby clinic next month. Go give them a follow and sign up for a great event!

Looking to get your child involved in rugby in central Iowa! We are teaming up with West Des Moines Parks & Recreation to host a 3-day rugby camp! This camp will introduce the sport to new players in a fun, engaging, and safe way! We've got high school programs popping up all across the state and this is a great way for your athlete to be ready!

2028 Los Angeles Olympics will have Rugby 7s for Men and Women then in 2031 and 2033 the United States will host the Rugby World Cup! The sport is growing, and today is the perfect time to get involved!

NIGHT 4 — THAT’S A WRAP

What a way to finish! Our athletes brought the energy, competed hard, learned a ton, and most importantly, HAD FUN!

Huge thanks to all 30+ athletes, their families , Ankeny Rugby Ankeny Girls Rugby for making this clinic such a great experience.

The future of rugby is looking bright!

Night 3 ✅ Another great evening of learning, teamwork, and fun! The athletes continue to build confidence every session, and it’s been awesome watching their skills grow. Don’t forget that our final Polk City, IA Parks & Recreation clinic session is Monday!

Due to the lightning, tonight’s session has been canceled.

The good news is that we’ll be back on the pitch tomorrow! We can’t wait to see everyone then for another fun night of rugby.

🏉 Night 1 = Success!

We kicked off our Polk City, IA Parks & Recreation Youth Flag Rugby Clinic with 30 awesome athletes! Great energy, lots of smiles, and a fun night learning the fundamentals of rugby.
