🎄 Here’s a peek inside our Christmas care packages for NICU families 🎄

These packages are our way of reminding families who are spending the holidays in the NICU that they are not alone — that they have an entire community thinking of them, praying for them, and sending love from afar.

We want to extend a huge thank you to our incredible community who continually supports the KAR Foundation and our mission. We are so grateful to be surrounded by people who are passionate about empowering families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Your generosity, encouragement, and belief in this work make everything we do possible.

🎄 Holiday Update from the KAR Foundation 🎄

Due to a little bit of holiday chaos and a few unexpected shipping delays, two of our care package items are now expected to arrive on Monday — one of which includes the bags for the care packages.

Once those arrive, we will immediately begin assembling everything and are on track to have all packages fully prepared and delivered to the NICU by Wednesday at the latest. We are so grateful for everyone’s patience and support as we work through the busiest shipping season of the year.

In the meantime, we would like to extend a huge THANK YOU to Mrs. Muntean’s class for creating the most beautiful handmade Christmas cards to include in our care packages. 💌

This incredibly thoughtful and generous gesture from these amazing children will bring so much comfort and joy to families during one of the hardest seasons of their lives — and it is something they will remember forever.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for helping us spread hope, love, and light this Christmas. ✨

We’re working toward what will be our biggest project yet—and the start of something very special for our community: a “Car Seat Bank” for families in need of a safe car seat for their newborn. 🚗👶🏼
