🇺🇸 Calling all local vendors, crafters, and food trucks!

We’re looking for amazing vendors to join us for our Labor Day Celebration at Browder’s Marina on September 5th! 🎉

If you sell handmade goods, boutique items, delicious food, sweet treats, or unique products, we’d love to have you be part of a fun-filled day on the lake with music, family activities, and a great community atmosphere.

We’re putting the finishing touches on this year’s event and can’t wait to share it with you! Our full Labor Day schedule and event details will be released soon, so stay tuned. 👀

Vendor spaces are limited, so don’t wait! Send us a message or give us a call at (936) 653-3278 to reserve your spot.

Let’s make this Labor Day one to remember while supporting local businesses and bringing our community together. This will be the first Labor Day event we’ve ever hosted and we’d love for you all to come spend it with us. ❤️🤍💙

Important!

Egg recall alert: Midwest Poultry Services is recalling about 1.59 million dozen shell eggs over possible Salmonella Enteritidis contamination. The eggs were sold in parts of TX, OK and LA, including at Kroger (TX/LA) and Brookshire’s stores. If you bought eggs recently, check the carton code (P-1950 or 0840962; Julian dates 157–184) and don’t eat them—return for a refund.

Tropical Storm Bertha has officially formed in the Gulf of America just south of the Florida panhandle. At this time interaction with land and wind shear will determine how strong and what effects are felt here in Texas later this week.

For now there is no need to panic or start hoarding supplies. Check the weather forecast a few times a day and stay tuned.

We should have a better understanding and stronger confidence in the forecast by Wednesday.

As always our office will remain engaged with the national weather service to provide updates as needed.
