West Marin Community Services

West Marin Community Services WMCS ensures that West Marin remains a diverse, vibrant community by lending a hand to residents. We are here for Every one. All ways.

As a central hub for a diverse range of services, WMCS is here so that every person in West Marin can be taken care of, particularly in difficult times. Our network of support is designed for this community - a special place, different from over the hill, with our ranches, small towns, and beautiful remote landscape – and also a place with real needs for its residents. Some may be food insecure, struggling to pay basic bills, or adjusting as immigrants to a new life.

Join us for the West Marin Prevention and Recovery Forum on Thursday May 7th 5-6:30 PM at the West Marin Elementary School, co-hosted by OD Free Marin, the West Marin Community Resiliency Team, and the West Marin Coalition for Healthy Youth.

This gathering is an opportunity to come together as a community to learn, connect, and take action. Substance use and overdose affect many people across Marin, and this event is designed to create a space where we can better understand what’s happening, hear from local voices, and support one another to reduce harmful substance use and overdose.

This event will be in English and Spanish. Translation services will be provided.
