This is a dynamic full-time opportunity to work closely with the Executive Director and Board to strengthen the administrative and governance infrastructure of our growing rural community foundation. The Executive Manager plays an important role in ensuring the smooth functioning of West Marin Fund’s activities to further its mission and growth. Qualifications include experience of nonprofit governance and information management, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a team player who leads with a can-do attitude.

Since March, West Marin nonprofits have been coming together to work on a collective response to COVID-19. Since May, we've been working together to address systemic racism in our region. Together we drafted the West Marin Nonprofits Equity Statement - so far 44 organizations are on board!
