The Point Pleasant Beach Animal Welfare Committee We are the Point Pleasant Beach Animal Welfare Committee. Two of our main initiatives are a Trap Neuter Return (TNR), and Adoptions program.

f 2008 our first goal was to manage the growing feral cat population within our town by instituting a TNR (Trap-Neuter-Release) program. In August of 2008 a TNR/Management of feral cat colony ordinance was passed by mayor and council. Our Mission Statement: “To better care for and protect all domestic and wild animals in our Point Pleasant Beach Community. To create a cohesive environment for both human and animal cohabitation”
