Today was such a special day.

Brett’s dad and the winners of a guided goose hunt who were so special friends of ours were able to get out together and honor our sweet Brett while doing something he would have loved. 🦆🤍

It was an amazing hunt, made even more special by the cutest little hard-working pup tagging along. 🐾

There’s something so beautiful about seeing Brett’s name, memory, and story continue to bring people together and create special moments. We are so grateful to everyone who continues to remember our boy and honor his life.

We love seeing our friends support Brett. 💙

Conversations with children are so important. Last week at church, Oaklee was telling her friends about her baby brother, Brett, who is in Heaven. It sparked such a sweet and heartfelt conversation. After Brooke their mom explained who Brett was and why he means so much to our family, Gunner and Sewell asked if they could have Reelin’ for Brett shirts so they could support Oaklee and her brother.

Moments like these remind us that kindness, compassion, and love can be taught at any age. Thank you, Gunner and Sewell, for showing Oaklee that Brett’s story continues to touch hearts. Your support means more than you’ll ever know. 💙🎣

The final numbers are in, and we are absolutely blown away..

Together, we raised $16,939 for Adalyn Rose Foundation 🎉🎉

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every single person who donated, volunteered, sponsored, donated auction items, served food, bartended, helped with setup and cleanup, fished, attended, and most importantly, believed in us and our mission.

What started as a dream to honor Brett and help other families has become something so much bigger than we ever imagined. We never thought our very first year would have this kind of impact, and it’s all because of this incredible community.

This is only the beginning.

We already can’t wait for the 2nd Annual Reelin’ for Brett to see what we can accomplish together next year.💙🎣
