Last day of conditioning before we start practice next week:

6-8 tonight. I will be there at 5:30 to help with equipment

We will scale Conditioning back a little tonight and go from 6:30-7:30. Make sure you are drinking plenty of fluids and make sure you have a large water with you.

Reminder:

Practice tonight 6-7:30 at the practice field.

Wear shorts, cleats, and helmet if you have one. If not we need to get you one by Monday. Bring a LARGE water with you and stay hydrated all day. It will be brutal these next 2 weeks.

Just a reminder: we will not have conditioning tonight since football camp will be finishing up tonight.

If you did not make football camp yesterday you can still attend tonight.

We will finish up with signups, physicals, and equipment checkout Wednesday 5-7 in the middle school lobby

Thursday 6-8 we will condition. Drink a lot of water and stay hydrated.

Tomorrow 5:00-7:00 signups, physicals, and equipment checkout. This will take place in the middle school lobby. Remember to bring $10 cash for your physical. High school football camp is also tomorrow and those attending will have Priortiy in line. We will also have signups, physicals, and equipment checkout Wednesday if you can’t make it tomorrow.

Football/cheer signup forms are being sent home today with your child. Please fill out the form and put payment along with form in an envelope with your child’s name and send back to school. I will pick them up next week.

Football will start in mid to late July. Make sure and follow the page and GroupMe for updates.
