LET’S TALK SU***DE PREVENTION.
Su***de is a difficult conversation, but it’s one we have to have..especially when it comes to our youth.
According to the CDC, nearly 1 in 5 high school students seriously considered su***de, and 1 in 10 reported attempting su***de.
Behind every statistic is a young person who deserves to feel seen, heard, supported, and loved.
If you or someone you know is struggling, call or text 988. The 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline is available 24/7 for free, confidential support.
We also want to shine a light on Nason House of Hope and our goal of helping youth access the mental-health services and support they need.
Prevention starts with connection. It starts with listening. It starts with asking, “Are you okay?”
Let’s remind our youth: You matter. You are not alone. There is hope.
