Applications Still Open – Leadership Pocatello Chubbuck 2026–2028

What does it take to make a lasting impact in our community?

It starts with leadership.

Leadership Pocatello Chubbuck is a two-year program designed for professionals who want to grow their leadership skills, build meaningful connections, and become more engaged in shaping the future of our region.

Throughout the program, you'll:

Develop practical leadership skills
Connect with community leaders and organizations
Gain a deeper understanding of Pocatello-Chubbuck
Build lifelong professional relationships
Turn learning into action through service and community involvement

Year 1 focuses on leadership development, community insights, and connection.
Year 2 provides opportunities to apply those skills through hands-on projects and service.

With a cohort of approximately 30 participants, you'll be part of a network of individuals committed to strengthening our community and making a difference.

This week’s Leadership Service Day brought local leaders together to make a real impact—supporting projects at Brooklyn’s Playground and Historic Downtown Pocatello.
From hands-on park improvements to downtown clean-up efforts, participants spent the day serving the community while putting leadership into action.

This past Saturday, teams showed up ready to collaborate, problem‑solve, and race through challenges—all while supporting something bigger: scholarships for our high school LEAP students. Huge thanks to Leadership Pocatello‑Chubbuck for putting on such a great event.
