United Way Southeastern Idaho ( ) is partnering with Idaho State University to gather insights from parents, childcare professionals, and business leaders in Pocatello, Chubbuck, American Falls, and surrounding areas.
The goal is to better understand:
✅How childcare affects families’ ability to work, go to school, or care for others
✅What challenges providers are facing
✅How gaps in care are affecting local businesses, especially with hiring and retention
Why this matters: Childcare touches nearly every part of our lives—from the economic strength of our region to the well-being of families and the sustainability of our early care system. This survey will help shape future programs, funding opportunities, and community-based solutions that support all sectors.
Survey details: It takes 10 minutes, remains anonymous and voluntary, and participants can skip any questions they choose.
