* WHAT...Heat index values up to 103 expected.
* WHERE...Portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio, and central, northern, southern, and western West Virginia.
* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 8 PM EDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses.
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors and don't forget about your pets.
Use caution when going outside.
