We had a great day yesterday with Dr. Shannon Jennings of Syncovate Trusted Leadership Advisors for our Dustin’s Place Board Development Retreat.

Our Board plays an important role in guiding the mission, providing oversight and helping shape the future of Dustin’s Place.

We’re so grateful for each Board member who gives their time, experience and heart to help ensure no child has to grieve alone. 💙

Back to school can bring a lot of emotions.

For children and teens who are grieving, a new school year can come with challenges that aren't always easy to see.

The NACG has free resources to help schools, caregivers, and others support grieving children at nacg.org/schools.

And remember, Dustin's Place is here to help too. If a child or family in your life is grieving, we're always here as a resource. Together, we can help make sure no child has to grieve alone.
