Plymouth Chapter NSDAR organized November 16, 1907, with most members from the Sheboygan, Manitowoc, and Ozaukee Counties of Wisconsin. The Plymouth Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution is a nonprofit, nonpolitical volunteer women's service organization dedicated to promoting patriotism, preserving American history, and securing America's future through better education. Eligibility

an applicant for membership must be no less than 18 years of age. She shall prove direct lineal biological descent from an ancestor who aided the fight for American Independence. This applies to new ancestors and to previously accepted lineages in which new information is submitted. The content contained herein does not necessarily represent the position of NSDAR. Since 1907, we have served our communities through volunteer projects in historical preservation, education, patriotism, and genealogy research. We are always accepting new qualified members. In the month of February, the Plymouth Chapter hosted multiple events at Mead Public Library celebrating America's 250th Anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. From historical presentations, genealogical expert sessions, a children's event, artifacts, and a traveling exhibition...visitors learned about the American Revolution and the local patriots who became heroes. We especially thank Katie Reilly, of the Sheboygan County Historical Research Center for presenting "Patriots of the American Revolution: Legacies in Wisconsin – The Sheboygan County Story." The Plymouth Chapter is excited to launch the America 250 traveling exhibit at Mead Library in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, today. The interactive exhibit will be on display through February. At 1pm the presentation "The American Revolution Legacies in Wisconsin" will cover the stories of Revolutionary War heroes who settled in Sheboygan County. All are welcome to join us as we celebrate the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence in 1776.

American Revolutionary War Patriots settled in Sheboygan County. Come hear their fascinating stories on Saturday, February 7 (1pm) at Mead Library in Sheboygan. Katie Reilly, of the Sheboygan County Historical Research Center, will give a presentation titled "Patriots of the American Revolution: Legacies in Wisconsin – The Sheboygan County Story." American Revolutionary War soldiers settled in Sheboygan. Learn more about their stories at Mead Library from February 7th through February 28th. We invite you to view a traveling pop-up exhibit that includes display panels and an interactive digital kiosk that utilizes storytelling, illustration, and technology. Additionally, featured stories will connect audiences with the people and places that shaped the story of settlement in Sheboygan County by American Patriots and their Descendants.
