Dietitian Amanda Lynett will discuss why gut health matters and how the foods we eat influence out gut biome, and how lifestyle factors such as diet, sleep, and stress play a crucial role in maintaining a healthy gut. This presentation and Q&A after the movie are suitable for all ages.
