Meet the little boy behind our mission.

Eli Joseph Dziak was born with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS), a severe congenital heart defect, along with several other medical challenges. Throughout countless procedures, surgeries, and hospital stays, Eli showed incredible strength and resilience.

Though Eli's time here was far too short, his impact continues to grow.

Every family we support, every grant we provide, and every event we host is a way to carry his warrior spirit forward.
