Imara House welcomes another team of amazing servants for the next couple of weeks. Friends of Imara from Maine, Illinois, and Washington state braved the challenges of coordinating time zones before they even left the US! Then wide ranging flights brought everyone (eventually) safely to Nairobi. An early day at Ol Pejeta Conservancy set the stage, and then a celebratory egg hunt for Easter. What a way to start!

Imara provides life-saving care for young teenagers who are unexpectedly pregnant. Nurturing pre-natal care, a safe delivery, and post-natal care for strong recovery and brighter futures are the foundation of a young mother's experience at Imara. We go beyond, coming alongside a young family for long-term success. Thank you for supporting our programs, staff, moms and kids.

Heavenly Father,
Thank you for the gift of life and the opportunities You place before me each day. Shape my heart to reflect the humility and compassion of Jesus. Teach me to serve not for recognition, but out of love — love for You and for those You place in my path.
Help me to see the needs of others before my own, to listen with patience, and to act with kindness. Help me remember that your time is my time, your plan is my plan, your will is my will.
When service feels unnoticed or difficult, remind me that You see every act done in love. Let my hands be willing, my words be uplifting, and my spirit be steadfast. May my life be a reflection of Your heart — a vessel of hope, encouragement, and light in this world. Amen. Kristin Buehler Weber
