After an incredible 20+ years of dedication, Karin Rettinger has officially stepped down from her role at the Marshall County Museum. True to her nature, she requested a quiet farewell, but we know how deeply woven she is into the fabric of our Museum community!

Karin’s impact is immeasurable—from organizing our beloved annual sidewalk sales, now a trio of events, to orchestrating the thrilling Ghost Walk every other year.

As the heart of our Genealogy Library, she expertly guided us through our rich history, ensuring everything was perfectly arranged when we transitioned to our new space on the first floor. If you needed information about Marshall County, Karin was your go-to encyclopedia! Even as she transitioned to part-time work, she continued to assist with any questions.

Join us in celebrating Karin’s monumental contributions and the legacy she leaves behind. Thank you, Karin!

Wythougan has been working the last several months to develop a website in order to launch it for Historic Preservation Month, and America's 250 Celebration. In time, we will be placing QR codes around Marshall County to connect people to their communities.
