Our sister Amy went in for a routine mammogram in August. They found a lump and did a biopsy. In September she had a lumpectomy and the Dr. removed 3 lymph nodes. Results came back as Cancer. Amy has faced many challenges in life and always comes out on top. She has always been the one to step in when others are in need. Life becomes quite simple and comes down to 2 choices.....give up or fight back with everything you've got! Amy has choose the later and as sisters we all know she can fight!! Amy had a port put in on Sept. 24th and is scheduled for her first round of Chemo on the 26th. She will then have 11 more rounds of chemo and 32 radiation treatments. Amy will have a long road ahead of her and your thoughts and prayers will be much needed.
