On July 4th club President Steve Pletcher Jr took his family to the 2025 World Beard & Moustache Championships presented by Mad Viking. He competed in the Alaskan Whaler category. Steve managed to pull off 3rd place in the world, in a very competitive field of 22 great beards! Finishing in second was CoreyGhost Giehl, who was a judge at our Clash of the Bewhiskered, back in April! Texas' Shannon Clinkenbeard took the top prize! Great job to all who competed at worlds!

We would like to thank everyone who came out the the Clash of the Bewhiskered last night. It ended up being a fun time of beards and charity! We had many local competitors with a few ringers sprinkled in and it was great to see some new faces. There were also several people who have came to past events. Thank you to all of the sponsors that help make the Clash possible! We are very fortunate to have New Age Telecom, Inc. and Whisker Wars as Gold Sponsors, as well as Qubit Networks and Lukenbill & Lukenbill, PC as Silver Sponsors. We are looking forward to more great Clashes of the Bewhiskered to come!
