Sometimes, the most meaningful moments happen in the hallway. One of our school-based clinicians recently shared a story about a third-grade student she kept running into throughout the school day. After joking with him, “You know, I’m ALWAYS seeing you in the hallways!” she was surprised when, just hours later, the student repeated those same words back to her. It was a small moment—but it was a reminder of something much bigger. For students, those everyday connections matter. Being recognized, supported and simply having a trusted adult who is there can make a meaningful difference. Our school-based clinicians are planting seeds every day—during moments of crisis, in conversations between classes, in the classroom and in the hallways. We may not always see how those seeds grow, but every connection has the potential to make a lasting impact. We’re proud of the clinicians who show up for students, day after day, and make those connections possible.
