Join us on Tuesday June 16th at 7:00 PM at 4808 Old Easton Rd., Danboro, PA, for our monthly meeting featuring the premiere of Black Cats: Two Wheels and Freedom.

This fascinating documentary tells the story of a group of young men and women who found friendship, adventure, and freedom on motorcycles during the Great Depression. Created from a rescued scrapbook and interviews with surviving members, it’s a remarkable story that goes far beyond motorcycles.

All are welcome!

Today we honor the courage that shaped the future - On Tuesday, 6 June 1944, the Allied invasion of Normandy marked the beginning of a new era of freedom, as Operation Overlord's (D-Day)historic seaborne invasion paved the way for the liberation of France and laid the groundwork for the ultimate Allied triumph on the Western Front.

Important read and call to action

Developer Rich Zaveta gave his word to the Lacquer family to preserve the historic Plough Tavern in Plumstead. Today, that WORD stands BROKEN a historic landmark GONE FOREVER.

WHAT HAPPENS IF the Doylestown Township Supervisors, Kyle McKoy, and the Bucks County Historical Society Trustees allow the sale of the Hart Tract to developer Rich Zaveta? What is his word WORTH?

HISTORY is the recorder of TRUTH, a PROMISE made should be a PROMISE KEPT. Especially the Bucks County Historical Society’s PROMISE to PRESERVE this land for generations to come.

We’re losing more than land and historic relevancy …. we’re losing the INTEGRITY of our local development process.

OPPOSE a Zaveta built luxury development DESTROYING the very land the Bucks County Historical Society was ENTRUSTED to PRESERVE.
