We are over half way to our annual fundraising goal of $20,000! We are so thankful for our AMAZING PTO and what they do for Plover-Whiting!

- Funding valuable learning programs for our teachers and students
- Providing technology that benefits our Wildcats

Thank you to the Plover Fire Department for coming to teach our 4K, Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd graders about fire safety and prevention during FAB Friday this morning!

Our 4K students have been doing an amazing job learning the Wildcat Ways: Be Respectful, Be Responsible, Be Safe. Be a Wildcat!

The 5th graders finished up their first unit of CKLA this week. To celebrate their learning, they used Keva Blocks to build Mayan Temples. It was a fun way to use teamwork, creativity, and STEM!

FAB Friday has officially begun for our 3rd-6th graders! During the Creative Connections rotation Catalina Cabello came back to share about Hispanic heritage. Our students learned about famous Hispanic people in America, some favorite Hispanic foods, and practiced some Spanish words. The 3rd & 4th graders learned a Spanish song, and the 5th and 6th graders even tried salsa dancing with some very basic steps. One 6th grader shared that she felt the happiest she's ever felt when listening to the music and dancing. 💃

Our 4K students are continuing the tradition of Dance Party Thursdays! As principal, I love getting to be part of the joy and learning happening in 4K. I also enjoyed watching Miss Kelly and our 4K students interact during PE. It’s wonderful to see our youngest Wildcats moving, learning, and having fun together.

Our October focus is on the character trait of RESPONSIBILITY. Through Character Strong, students are learning the importance of making good choices, being dependable, and taking ownership of their actions.
