Nero is lounging this Caturday patiently waiting for his turn to find his furever. Nero came to us as a stray who wasn’t very friendly, thin, and scared. After some time, socialization and love - Nero is an ABSOLUTE DREAM. Nero loves treats and loves to munch! He has doubled in size and is a big boy with a whole lot of love to give! He is a free roamer here at the rescue and will greet you for pets and flop at your feet every chance he gets to where you almost trip! Nero gets along great with other cats, has done well with kids and loves to lounge his day away. You can catch him on a shelf, a cozy, a cat tree, you name it and he’s snoozing on it! He has a mellow purrrrsonality, he can be playful but isn’t the most rambunctious - we think with the right person he may even become a lap cat! We believe he is 20-24 months old. CHOOOOOOOOOCH! The sweetest polydactyl that was dumped at one of our feeding locations, thin as could be has been chosen to have a life full of love and happiness! Chooch was so excited to hop in the carrier this morning to his furever home! We will miss Chooch and his abundance of sweetness but we are so happy he has gone to his furrrever home! His new mom is the purrrrfect fit and we heard his new siblings are teaching him everything they know!!! We are elated for Sebastian and can’t wait to continue hearing updates!! It’s FRANK FRIDAY here at Friends of Giuseppe because he is just FAB-U-LOUS!! Frank is around two years old and was found as a stray. He was originally going to be a TNR but once inside his true purrrrsonality really came out and we saw how marvelous he truly was! Frank is a sweet, friendly boy who will get up to greet you when you approach. He enjoys head rubs, ear rubs and being pet by his tail. He may even meow at you or nudge you if you stop. He can be playful and doesn’t seem to mind other cats or kids but doesn’t care for sudden movements but who does?! He loves treats and to cozy right up on a comfy blanket. He is a quiet, gentle guy who doesn’t ask for much and spends most of his day lounging and looking out the window. He would love nothing more than to have unconditional love and a lap to curl up in! Who’s ready to meet this big guy and give him all the love in return?

Let’s chat about this lover boy named Garfield! We found him wandering around our building when he found the food we put outside. At first he was hesitant, would run away when you approached but came daily, almost like clock work! We tried To catch him multiple times but he was too savvy. Then winter came, the snow fell and we all held our breath because the cat who came daily hadn’t come back after the snow. We worried And waited and then worried some more when finally he came back! At first he was still hesitant but then one day he walked RIGHT UP TO US and told us he was ready. Ready for love. Ready for warmth. Ready for a furever family because he too is so deserving and allowed us to pick him up and carry him inside.

We believe Garfield is around 2.5 years old. He is a big bundle of love with a side of attitude!! Garfield is a sweet, quiet boy who enjoys being pet but can let you know from time to time when he’s had enough. Garfield is a greeter and will get up to come to you as you approach. He was originally crated but is now roaming free in our downstairs where he has done well around the other cats. Garfield can be playful but is a lazy guy, let’s be honest. He spends most of his day catching Z’s on something soft and would love a window to bask in the sun I’m sure. He is neutered, up to date on shots and vetted. The SWEETEST FUREVER happened today!! Aiden, who has so much love left to give was chosen by his human for his furever! We are OVER THE MOON for him to say the least. There was not a dry eye in the house today as he left! He will be missed but we know this is a purrrfect fit and we can’t wait for updates. HAPPY TAILS AIDEN!!! XO 🧡

Tori may not be a tiny kitten but she is indeed as beautiful and as sweet as they come. Tori can be playful but spends most of her days curled up on her cozy people watching. She gets up to greet you as you approach and loves to be pet. She will give head bumps and flop down as you're petting her. We rescued her when she was pregnant and just in time too as she gave birth just two days after catching her.

She has since been spayed, her babies weened and now is ready to know what true love is. Tori is a quiet girl who doesn't ask for much that we believe is around 2 years old. A cozy cat bed, a warm lap to lay in, pets, and endless love is all she asks for. She has done well with other cats and older kids. She is up to date on shots and ready for you to come and meet her.

It’s Tippy Tuesday!! Tippy is one of the sweetest cats you’ll meet, found roaming around the rescue a while ago very thin with the worst lip ulcers imaginable. Tippy has since made a full recovery and gained weight. We found out her ulcers were caused by allergies and she has quite a few of them! However her allergies are completely manageable and she does not require any special care just a certain brand of food that’s inexpensive! Tippy is around 2-2.5 years old, spayed and up to date on shots. She has been exposed to others cats and kids with a positive response. She is very friendly, affectionate and playful. She enjoys cuddling, lounging in her cat bed, and will literally climb up you to give you a hug. She is the purrrrfect girl ready for her furever. Pip said, it's Monday again?! He hopes this week is his week to be picked by his human! Pip was born here in rescue after his momma, Tabitha, was rescued days before giving birth. He and his siblings are absolutely WONDERFUL and would make a great addition to any family!

Pip is SO full of life! He is very energetic, rambunctious and has a heart six times the size of his body! If he isn't making biscuits, doing back flips in his crate, playing with his favorite green ball or purring up a storm - he is sound asleep because he wore himself out! Pip would make the PURRfect new family member and he can't wait to meet YOU! He is around 12 weeks old, due to be neutered any day which is when he will receive the last of his shots and does well around other cats and kids.
