Lot 2 looked extra sporty coming off the washrack today and it hit us, we hadnโ€™t talked about her on here. A MATERNAL SIB to โ€œRootbeerโ€ who was 5th Overall at Junior Nationals for Sloan and Brecken!

Her mother, 2148, is a Dignity x 419. And for us, thatโ€™s an Angus pedigree we can count on. We have multiple Dignity x 419 daughters in production and they are all killing it.

2148 is doing big things and lot 2 is an example of that. SHE SELLS TOMORROW!

Lot 2: Mahogany Prime x MLA Proven Queen 2148

3๏ธโƒฃ days out from sale day - so here are 3๏ธโƒฃ things to know about lot 104:

1๏ธโƒฃ If you asked us what the " sleeper " in the sale is, we would have her at the top of the list. She came in the week before pictures and has changed so much since that day.

2๏ธโƒฃ We shared yesterday 56 heifers in the sale are out of females that sold in previous sales. This is one. Her mom, "Emmio" sold in our sale a while back, went out and won a bunch of shows and now has made a great name for herself raising awesome show heifers. We LOVE sharing examples about how these females can generate and Emmio continues to generate for the Timbercrest Land & Cattle crew.

3๏ธโƒฃ This heifer is a FULL sister to Tyler Miller's Grand Champion Bred & Owned Female at Simmental Junior Nationals!

Lot 104: Pays to Believe x Emmio 803F.

This April, Maine-Angus is out of Mike Boyert 's young donor purchase he made with the Watson Family Show Cattle crew โ€“ RJ RBM Rosemary 386L. If you watched Watson's sale, you saw how good this cow did this year.

Funny story on this heifer: Jake and Clayton had put in some embryos at a co-op and long story short, they didn't know this heifer existed until two weeks before they came to Iowa. They thought she was really good when they brought her out, but she is more than that. She is a champ. Nice work, Mike!!

These two High-Maine, Made Man, daughters are ones we found at our calf tour after Junior Nationals, and when we got the green light to bring them to Pleasantville, we threw a fist pump in the air. ๐Ÿ‘Š They are bred similarly, but out of two different cows, and we think they both have potential to win big shows. Nice work breeding these M Lazy Heart Ranch, and thanks for sending them!!
