After years of relationship building and persistence, we're proud to see the Panattoni logistics center project move forward in Stanislaus County, a win that secures our local's involvement and brings LIUNA's presence to this project. More work, more opportunity for our members.

California has a chance to elect its first Laborer Governor and we're not taking that lightly. Xavier Becerra is one of us. Son of a laborer. A union member. He knows what we fight for because he lived it.

Fresno was loud. June 2 let's be even louder.

Our Retiree Members are the foundation of LIUNA Local 270.
Every paycheck earned, every project completed, and every opportunity we have today was built through their years of hard work, sacrifice, and solidarity.
This week, our retired brothers and sisters gathered for their monthly retirees meeting, where they welcomed Business Manager Enrique Arguello and Assistant Business Manager Luis Arguello to share updates and continue strengthening the bond that makes our union family strong.
After the meeting, retirees enjoyed time together at their space inside Local 270 — sharing stories, laughter, and memories that helped shape the proud legacy of our union.
We honor and thank our retiree members for building the path for future generations of laborers.
