NEW WEEK'S POOL RESERVATIONS RELEASED 9/10 AT 9:00 AM
Dear Residents,
We are preparing to release the next week of pool reservations (9/11 - 9/17). We thank you for your patience and suggestions. We believe Sonitrol has fixed the issue with all the key fobs.
We would like to address some questions/issues brought to our attention.
- If you are not able to make your reservation time, or the number of people in your party changes (in particular, decreases), please cancel or edit your sign up as soon as possible so that others may reserve the slot(s). There is a SignUpGenius app for smartphones, which makes it very easy to manage your reservations from anywhere.
- Please do not use any of the pool furniture. This rule comes directly from the Alameda County Health Order. You are welcome to bring your own chairs, umbrellas/shades, blankets, etc.
- Some residents are booking back-to-back two-hour slots. We don't see anything wrong with that, if that's how you'd like to "spend" your two reservations for the week. Keep in mind, if a group isn't leaving when you start your time, that may be why.
We saw many new names in the sign ups this past week! We're happy so many of our neighbors are able to enjoy the pool. Reservations change daily, as people decrease or delete their sign ups, so keep checking if you aren't able to secure your first choice.
