Athlete of the Month - April
George Schmitt
Class of 2026 | Baseball
For the month of April, George has been a two way star both pitching and playing right field. He’s hit .300, 1 2B, 1 3B, 1 HR, 8 R, and 8 RBI. On the bump he’s had 6.2 IP in 5 appearances, 1 Save, 11 K with a 1.05 ERA. His save won the game vs De La Salle! He entered the game with a 1 run lead in the 5th Inning with 1 out and bases loaded. Proceeded to strike the next 2 batters out getting out of huge jam, then finish the game with 5 Ks, 0 R in 2.2 innings. George also received EBAL First Team All League.

Paige Nelson
Class of 2026 | Beach Volleyball
Paige is a senior and a three-year veteran of our beach program, Paige isn’t just an athlete on the roster—she is the heart of our team. Paige held down our #1 top-pair spot for the entire season, which means every time she steps onto the sand, she is facing the best competition the other schools have to offer. She never shies away from that pressure; she thrives on it. Paige leads by example, mentors the younger players, and represents our school with total class. There is no one more deserving to be recognized as a Player of the Month as she finishes out her senior year. Paige also received EBAL First Team All League.

Macy Mullins
Class of 2028 | Track and Field
Macy broke the school record twice this season, also competed and placed 6th and 4th at NCS Meet of Champions.

Agastya Kuluvalli
Class of 2027 | Track and Field
Agastya competes in 800, 400, 4x400 and 4x800. In the 800 he is number 4 in NCS.
