Members of the Jose Maria Amador Chapter, NSDAR, completed the Memorial Day U.S. Flag Refresh at Pioneer Cemetery in honor of the veterans laid to rest there.

A huge thanks to Janet Brown for leading this meaningful project with care and heart.

Every great marker needs a great rock — and ours has officially made its debut!
Thanks to the Mt. Diablo and José Maria Amador DAR Chapters, this mighty boulder has been selected, delivered, and installed for the upcoming America250! historical marker.

Check out the photos of its big moment and watch for Episode 2 to see more behind the scenes footage.
Join us on May 30th when this rock becomes part of local history.
