A huge thank you to everyone who traveled, presented, and participated in the GAHP’s annual meeting this past weekend. The expertise and dedication across veterinary medicine, cardiology, research, and animal care continues to move this important work forward. It’s always energizing to connect with colleagues who are so passionate about advancing great ape health and well-being.
We’re especially grateful to the Brookfield Zoo Chicago for hosting us in the new Bramsen Tropical Forests meeting space. It was definitely a first for us to have gorillas in attendance at one of our meetings!
