Did you know that more than half of Haitians face acute food insecurity? Nearly 2 million people are experiencing emergency levels of hunger.

Wanja Kaaria, World Food Programme Country Director and Representative in Haiti, warns, "Fighting hunger is fundamental to restoring stability in Haiti. Peace cannot be built if families are unable to feed their children. Emergency food assistance is the first line of defense, while rebuilding local food systems offers hope for the future."

Through your support of Operation Outpour, we share the love of Jesus in word and deed. Our students are provided with nutritious meals throughout the school week. On weekends, we extend that ministry by serving meals to the surrounding community. Thanks to your generosity, about 300 people receive a meal each Saturday and Sunday.

To help address the long-term challenge of food insecurity, Sorbonne Christian Academy also offers an agriculture program where students grow food and families learn sustainable farming practices that can help nourish their communities for years to come.

We are incredibly grateful for a special evening of music, connection, and celebration at this event benefiting Operation Outpour. Ron Watson, our school Director and board member, shares his appreciation in this video.

Joyful celebrations at Sorbonne Christian Academy in Haiti this week as students honored Haitian Flag Day and celebrated the teachers who guide and encourage them every day. Thank you to our amazing teachers!

Since December, Operation Outpour has served over 10,000 weekend meals to our community in Haiti. Our hearts are deeply grateful for every person who has supported this mission. Your generosity, prayers, and encouragement have made each of these meals possible.
Each meal is a reminder of God’s love in action - reaching far, bringing hope, and making a real difference in the lives of those we serve.
