Okay everyone! Here is all the information you will ever need about the Project Grad Party!!

When: May 7. Leaving via bus from PHHS @ 10pm and returning via bus to PHHS @ 3am.

Where: Harrisonville Community Center, 2400 S Jefferson Pkwy, Harrisonville, MO.

Events: Swimming, Karaoke, Movies, Games, Casino, Food, Raffle, Basketball, Pickleball, Co****le, Volleyball, and Photobooth.

NOTE: Students MUST ride the bus. They may NOT be picked up, drive themselves to or from, or leave the event at any time.

We have a parent volunteer sign up. We will only need 20 volunteers, and we have a few slots left open.

It's FINALLY time to party! But we need help one more time to make our event go smoothly. If you are interested in helping, sign up here! We can only take 20 people, so once this SignUp is full, we will have everyone we need for the 135 (!) attendees!

I have already posted this a couple of times on the junior class page, but I will post it here as well in case there are parents not on that page.

Our final 2026 Project Grad meeting is Tuesday, April 21 @ 7pm in the PHHS Library. We would like to invite junior parents wishing to join the 2027 Project Grad to join us to learn more about the organization. You will elect your own board following the meeting, and can also ask questions of the current board. We look forward to seeing you all there.

This new, permanent page for Project Graduation is a fantastic initiative to ensure continuity for the annual, parent-run, drug-and-alcohol-free senior lock-in celebration.

By creating a "passing the torch" page rather than starting a new group every year, we have hopes of solving several common issues:

Retaining Past Patrons: It keeps alumni parents, local business donors, and community supporters connected, making future fundraising efforts and community engagement easier.

Year-to-Year Continuity: It prevents the loss of historical data, photos, and contact information.

Streamlined Communication: It allows parents of freshmen, sophomores, and juniors to stay informed and get involved early, ensuring a smoother transition for the committee each fall.

How to Support:
Share the Page: Invite past volunteers, parents, and community members.
Stay Updated: Follow for information on fundraisers, chaperone opportunities, and donation drives to support the Senior class.

This page serves as a centralized hub for all things Pleasant Hill Project Graduation—a crucial, nonprofit, parent-led effort that has kept graduates safe on graduation night since the 1980s!
