Hope Solutions heals the effects of poverty and homelessness by providing permanent housing solutions On-site services assist residents to be self-reliant.

Hope Solutions collaborates with affordable housing developers to provide affordable housing for low-income and disabled individuals and families. These include: case management and counseling, youth programs (pre-school programming, homework club, teen club), resources for employment, food, clothing, and health.

Earlier this month, we held a ground breaking for Village of Hope - Pittsburg.

15 cottages. One community. A real chance for young adults ages 18-25 who have been experiencing homelessness to build stable, independent futures.

Thank you everyone who joined us at Pittsburg Church of the Nazarene, our partners in this work, for sharing the land and the vision.❤️

Residents will have safe, affordable homes with on-site case management, education and employment support, and life-skills development, because housing is a basic human need, and it's where healing and stability begin.

Contra Costa County faces a shortage of more than 31,000 housing units. This is one step toward closing that gap, and we're just getting started.

Moving into a new home is a meaningful milestone. A few simple essentials can make an empty space feel a little more like home.

We’re collecting items to fill these welcome baskets, including:
