This September, Hope Solutions has an important goal: to provide 50 welcome baskets for seniors who are moving into permanent housing.

Moving into a new home is a meaningful milestone. A few simple essentials can make an empty space feel a little more like home.

We’re collecting items to fill these welcome baskets, including:
🧼 Cleaning supplies
🧺 Laundry baskets
🛁 Towels
🍲 Mini crockpots
🛏️ Mattress protectors

Trinity Center’s Seasonal Evening Program provides warm meals and a safe, dry place to sleep for up to 38 participants from December to April. 🛏️🍴

We rely on incredible volunteers to:
💙 Plan, prepare, and serve meals
💙 Provide weekend grab-and-go meal bags
💙 Transport participants to the shelter
💙 Set up beds each night
💙 Lead evening activities to build community

Our Youth Programs have grown so much over the years. Today's spotlight is on our Youth Programs, which include after school tutoring, summer camp, and college prep.
