Buyer A is in development discussions with the City regarding a traffic signal and cost participation.

Buyer A Submits Offer to Property Owner,
Copies the City Employee

Merely 4 Minutes Later…

The City Employee Calls Buyer B

Leaves Voicemail:

“The property owner was not too happy that they are submitting offers on their property”
and “are not looking to sell”
and “just wanted him to relay to them that the property owner didn’t want to hear any offers right now.”

The Property Owner NEVER Asked the City to Call Buyer B or Anyone on Their Behalf.

Thank you to everyone who shopped for fireworks at Pleasant Hill Fireworks! We truly appreciated the business and we plan to be back next year bigger and better! We might do a pop up fireworks sale after Christmas for NEW YEARS fireworks. I am trying to gauge how much interest there would be. Please comment below as to your thoughts about fireworks for NEW YEARS celebrations.
