PPSC is accepting registrations for the Fall 2025-Spring 2026 season!

U9 through U19 teams are for all area youth born from 2007 through 2019.

Register by June 25
Beyond this date, please know we will still accept registrations and we will do our best to place children on a team provided there are roster spots available on appropriate U-age level teams.

*These dates are because we need to register our teams in the first week of July as one of 40+ area soccer clubs participating in leagues with the Madison Area Youth Soccer Association.

IMPORTANT!
Our player registration fees are:
$195.00 for U9/U10 teams
$230.00 for U11-U14 teams
$175.00 for high school U-age teams (girl=fall, boys=spring)

At registration you will also need to pay a $50.00 deposit toward our annual fundraiser. You can earn back the $50.00 deposit in the spring when we do our very successful annual Soccer Club Value Card fundraiser.

On Saturday, July 19th, Coach Flores is hosting a FREE Soccer Clinic at the Platteville Activities Complex for anyone ages 7-14!

Free Lunch is provided and ALL participants must wear cleats & shin guards!
