Caribbean Bone Marrow Registry The CBMR is dedicated to connecting patients from the Caribbean and Latin America with donors for life-saving bone marrow or stem cell transplants.

The Caribbean is famous for its "melting pot" of different cultures and ethnicities united under a variety of historical and geographic settings. This myriad of physical and genetic features gives individuals descended from this gene pool a distinct genetic makeup that makes it difficult to find a match for those with hematological and auto-immune diseases who are in need of a stem cell/bone marro
