She’s learning 🎾😅

She said she would and is. No judgement. Lots of grace. She’s no or but she’ll get better 🙏🏽.

What new thing are you trying these days? Let me know in the comments 💪🏽😘

Nobody warns you how much energy it takes to stay small.

The effort of holding back your opinion in the meeting. The exhaustion of editing your needs so someone else does not feel threatened.

The quiet grief of realizing you spent decades keeping everyone else comfortable at your own expense.

Midlife isn’t the season where you fade into the background. It‘a the era where you finally stop apologizing for taking up the room you built.

You don’t need permission to be fully seen. You just have to stop shrinking.

Send this to a woman you love who needs a reminder to take up space today.
