Hadassah - L’Chayim Plantation Chapter Based in Plantation Florida our chapter serves west Broward County.

Ein Gedi Council includes the following chapters: B'not Shalom meets in the evening in Weston; Oceanside Kiryat Yam meets in east Broward and many members are snowbirds; Kavanah is centered in Plantation/Davie; Tikvah began in Cooper City but but has members from all over; L'Chayim Plantation meets in the daytime at the Lauderdale West clubhouse in Plantation and includes both retirees and working women.

As the sun sets, Shavuot begins — a time to honor the giving of the Torah at Mount Sinai and the completion of the counting of the Omer. From the reading of Ruth to sweet dairy traditions shared around the table, may your holiday be filled with joy, gratitude and meaningful moments with loved ones.

This year, Shavuot and Shabbat fall back-to-back, so we're also wishing our Hadassah family a meaningful Shabbat!
