Thank you to everyone who attended our October 7th chapter meeting! We had a wonderful speaker, Sean Warden, who shared his expertise on almost everything to do with Medicare! Sean helps people navigate the challenges of enrolling & selecting the best plan. He serves many states & can be reached at 1-561-850-0325.

We also had a guest, Tricia Mischler, from Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz's office.
She was wonderfully warm and shared how their office can assist our community members with constituent services and local support.

Reminder: Our next meeting is Wednesday, October 21st at 1:30pm (same location.) We will have a speaker from the League of Women Voters going over the upcoming election.

Please join us for our October 7, 2026 AARP Chapter #3173 Plantation meeting at 1:30pm at the West Regional Library! We will welcome a speaker on the topic of Medicare in time for Open Enrollment.

Also remember our November meeting will be held early on October 21, 2026. We will have a speaker from the League of Women Voters just in time for the upcoming election.

Wednesday, October 7th with a speaker on Medicare - just in time for upcoming Medicare enrollment.

Wednesday, October 21st with a speaker from the non-partisan League of Women Voters to speak on the upcoming election.

NOTE! The Oct 21st meeting takes the place of our Nov. 4th meeting due to a date conflict at our meeting location.

Thank you to everyone who attended our last meeting of the chapter year(until September)! We had informative speakers from Triple AAA Travel providing a range of information about types of travel & requirements.

Grateful to all of our wonderful members as well as our officers who continue to serve our chapter!
