December 21, 2024 will be the FINAL launch event at our current location.

We will be inoperative until we are able to locate and secure a new launch site location.

If any member knows of a suitable location, please let us know so we can contact the possible landowner and negotiate permission. Contact John Mackiewicz or John Kubalok. Contact info is on our website.

As you can see by the amount of people at our morning safety meeting we had a huge turnout this month. This was a very fun weekend. Numerous members certified for level 1 and 2 along with various TARC teams getting in test and cert flights for this year's competition. Congratulations to all who did so.

Hey y'all March is gonna be a big one. With 3 colleges, the girl scouts, cub scouts, highschool students, and our regular flyers, we are excited to see what all is flown. Share this flyer with your friends, family, and coworkers. It's gonna be a blast, literally.

Due to inclement weather, February's launch will be cancelled. Hope to see y'all in March.

FYI: March is a 2 day flight with a night launch, raffles for prizes, and a 50/50 raffle.

At the 2 day launch, camping is permitted with prior approval. All night flights must be low power and have a visibility method.

We will have our annual Bowling Party August 28th. This gives a chance to meet and have a lot of fun in a nice air-conditioned environment. We would like to see as many members as possible attend.

Everyone planning to attend the next launch needs to read over the updated rules and policies. After reading them, you must acknowledge that you have done so. This includes all fliers, vendors, and spectators.

It is truly with a heavy heart that I would like to let everyone know that Gary Horwood passed away last evening. He was truly one of the best friends I have ever had. Please remember his family in your thoughts and prayers. We will let you know about services (if any) as we know more.

Unfortunately the launch has been canceled. Sorry for the late notice, we just found out ourselves. The land owner has new sod that they do not want us on at this time. It is something completely out of our control.
