Everyone in Tuguegarao City are advised to move to safer grounds. EVACUATE NOW and go to near safer grounds like Provincial Capitol or Carig Regional Center area as Magat Dam breached spilling level 193masl.

Based on our study, safer grounds ang malapit sa Avida Settings Tuguegarao near Regional Center dahil batay sa nakalap naming impormasyon ang mataas na parte ng Carig at lugar malapit sa old CCT main ay hindi nabaha noong 1972 ng tinamaan ang Tuguegarao ng napakalaking baha dulot ng Super Bagyong Senyang.

Anong ibig sabihin nito?

Mananatili sa 7 radial gates ang bukas at 30 meters high ang taas ng bukas nito hanggang bumaba ang lebel ng tubig sa Magat Reservoirs hanggang bukas ng umaga.

Napaka laki ng banta nitong pagbaha sa low-lying areas katulad ng Tuguegarao City at downstream areas.

Maaaring lagpas tao ang tubig baha sa ilang bahagi ng Ciudad ng Tuguegarao at mga bayan sa tabi ng bukana ng ilog Cagayan bukas.

Rumaragasang tubig mula sa high elevation (193 meters above sea level) Magat Dam ang magdudulot ng mapaminsalang baha sa Middle Cagayan River hanggang sa Lower Cagayan River (Ilagan to Tuguegarao City at Tuguegarao City hanggang downstream Aparri).

Ibig sabihin nito asahan ang patuloy na mabilis na pagtaas ng tubig baha sa Tuguegarao City at Cagayan Province.

Ang nakakatakot dito gabing-gabi na patuloy na bukas ang gate ng dam.. My God sana hindi masira kawawa naman maraming tao na tulog ngayon.
